摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)所致的截肢和神经性疼痛致残严重影响糖尿病患者的生活质量,也使其心理遭受重创。DPN的发病机制众多,内质网应激(ERS)作为细胞凋亡的主要机制之一,与DPN的发病密切相关,持续高糖环境激活ERS,进而使蛋白激酶R样内质网激酶、肌醇需求酶1、转录活化因子6通路被激活,引起细胞凋亡。因此充分了解ERS介导的细胞凋亡在DPN发病过程中的作用,对DPN的防治具有重要意义。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)caused amputation and neuropathic pain disability seriously affect the quality of life of diabetic patients,and heavy psychological losses.There are many pathogeneses of DPN,and endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS),as one of the main mechanisms of apoptosis,is closely related to the pathogenesis of DPN.Continuous high glucose environment activates ERS,and then activate protein kinase R-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase,inositol demand enzyme 1 and transcription activator 6,leading to apoptosis.Therefore,thorough understanding of the role of ERS-mediated apoptosis in the pathogenesis of DPN is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of DPN.
