摘要
焦炭塔在生焦过程中要反复承受油气的温度、操作压力的周期性变化及除焦时冷水冲击引起的温度变化,致使焦炭塔在使用一定时间后会发生开裂、鼓胀、变形等形式的失效和损伤。研究焦炭塔的失效原因,并对其损伤程度进行评估,以便保障焦炭塔的长周期安全运行是多年来人们的研究目标。文章汇总了焦炭塔壳体与裙座连接部位的开裂、壳体鼓胀变形、壳体的倾斜变形、焦炭塔下塔盖变形4种主要失效形式的原因以及焦炭塔延寿技术方面的研究成果,并根据本研究团队的最新研究成果进行了分析与评述,提出了新的失效原因,以便为相关研究者和用户在解决工程问题时提供参考。
The coke tower has to repeatedly bear the cyclical changes in the temperature of the oil and gas,the operating pressure and the temperature change caused by the impact of cold water during decoking during the coking process,causing the coke tower to crack,bulge,deform and other forms of failure after a certain period of use and damage.To study the causes of the failure of the coke drum and evaluate its damage to ensure the long-term safe operation of the coke drum has been a research goal for many years.This article summarizes the four main failure causes of the joints of the coke drum shell and the skirt,the swelling deformation of the tower body,the tilting deformation of the tower body,and the deformation of the lower cover of the coke tower,as well as the research results of the coke tower life extension technology.The recent research results of the research team have been analyzed and reviewed,and new failure causes have been pointed out in order to provide references for related researchers and users when solving engineering problems.
