摘要
两栖动物作为生物多样性的重要组成部分在不同区系间存在地理性差异,且其物种多样性缺乏相应的调查评估。本研究在遂昌县牛头山、白马山、湖山和桂洋4个国有林场和九龙山自然保护区设置了59条样线开展两栖动物物种多样性调查,结果显示:(1)本次调查到遂昌县两栖动物27种,隶属2目8科19属,物种数显示为九龙山>牛头山>白马山>桂洋林场>湖山;(2)聚类分析显示牛头山和白马山聚为一支,再分别与桂洋、湖山、九龙山聚集;(3)G-F指数显示5个样区间两栖动物科和属水平均无显著差异;(4)白马山与牛头山间的Jaccard指数和Sorenson指数均最高,而湖山与白马山间的最低,湖山与九龙山间的Cody指数最大,而牛头山与白马山间的最低。综上所述,遂昌县国有林场和自然保护区的两栖动物在物种组成上存在一定差异,应划定生物多样性保育区红线,为两栖动物提供必需的生存面积及栖息环境。
Amphibians, an important part of biodiversity, vary with geographical areas, and there is a lack of the investigation and evaluation on their species diversity. In this study, we set 59 transect lines in four state-owned forestry farms [Niutoushan(NT), Baimashan(BM), Hushan(HS) and Guiyang(GY)] and Jiulongshan Natural Reserve(JL) in Suichang county to investigate their species diversity. The results showed that:(1) there were 27species of amphibians in Suichang county, belonging to 2 orders, 8 families and 19 genera. The number of species showed as JL > NT > BM > GY > HS;(2) cluster analysis showed that NT and BM were clustered together, and then clustered with GY, HS and JL;(3) there was no significant difference in the number of amphibian families and genera in the five sample areas;(4) the Jaccard index and Sorenson index were both the highest in BM versus NT,and the lowest in HS versus BM. The Cody index was the highest in HS versus JL, while the lowest in NT versus BM. In conclusion, the species composition of amphibians was different in the four state-owned forestry farms and the nature reserve of Suichang country. Therefore, the red lines of biodiversity conservation area should be delimited to provide the necessary living area and habitats for amphibians.
