摘要
利用风险扫描与时空异质性统计方法,对2016—2018年江西省结直肠癌病例数据进行空间分析和筛查。结果表明:2016年各县级区域结直肠癌发病率为0.6/100000~26.6/100000;2017年各县级区域结直肠癌发病率为0.3/100000~45.5/100000;2018年各县级区域结直肠癌发病率为0/100000~41.5/100000;3年平均的发病率则在0.2/100000~29.3/100000范围内变化。江西省结直肠癌发病总体上以北部风险高、南部风险低为特征,发病率较高区域以赣北、赣东南为主,赣西为次级风险区。江西省的结直肠癌县域发病率具有一定的全局空间自相关,2016—2018年3年平均结直肠癌发病率空间分布的第一集聚半径为44.38 km,集聚强度为1.895。综合2016—2018年3年的结直肠癌平均发病率的数据分析表明,最大可能集聚区相对风险值为2.50。
Taking colorectal cancer in Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2018 as example,the spatial and temporal heterogeneity and risk scan statistical analysis of case data were performed using geospatial information analysis methods and spatiotemporal analysis software.The results of the study show that the incidence of colorectal cancer in county-level area in 2016 was 0.6/100000~26.6/100000;in 2017 was 0.3/100000~45.5/100000;in 2018 was 0/100000~41.5/100000.Three-year average incidence rate varied from 0.2/100000 to 29.3/100000.The risk is generally high in the north and low in the south.The areas with higher incidences are mainly north Jiangxi and southeast Jiangxi,and west Jiangxi is a secondary risk area.The incidence of colorectal cancer in the county of Jiangxi has a certain global spatial autocorrelation.Three-year average rectal cancer incidence spatial distribution has a first concentration radius of 44.38 km and a concentration intensity of 1.895.The data analysis of the average incidence of rectal cancer in the three years from 2016 to 2018 shows that the relative risk value is 2.50.
