中加食品专业本科教育比较与思考——以两所普通高校为例

摘要 针对中加两所普通高校食品专业本科教育的现状,对比了两所学校在专业培养目标、课程设置、教学方法和考核方式方面的差异,以期为我国食品专业本科教育改革提供思路和借鉴。 In this paper,the current situation of the undergraduate education in food specialty of two universities from Canada and China was introduced,the differences of the two universities in respect of the educational objectives,curriculum arrangement,teaching mode as well as evaluation approaches were described and compared,in order that it would provide some thoughts and suggestions for the improvement of our food-specialty undergraduate education.
