摘要
目的:比较用国产奥美拉唑与原研奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果。方法:选择2019年4月至2021年2月期间东莞市横沥医院收治的50例消化性溃疡出血患者作为试验对象。按照随机抽签法将其分为试验组和参照组,每组各有患者25例。参照组患者使用原研奥美拉唑(耐信)进行治疗,试验组患者使用国产奥美拉唑(艾司)进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应的发生率。结果:治疗后,两组患者的出血控制率、症状控制率、溃疡愈合率及治愈率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用国产奥美拉唑与原研奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡出血的效果及安全性相当。
Objective:To compare the efficacy of domestic promeprazole and original promeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage.Methods:Fifty patients with peptic ulcer bleeding admitted to Hengli Hospital of Dongguan city from April 2019 to February 2021 were selected as subjects.According to the random drawing method,they were divided into experimental group and reference group,with 25 patients in each group.Control group was treated with omeprazole(nexium),and experimental group was treated with omeprazole(Aisles).The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,there were no significant differences in bleeding control rate,symptom control rate,ulcer healing rate and cure rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After medication,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy and safety of domestic promeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage are similar to that of ori ginal promeprazole.
