摘要
“1+X”证书制度试点工作的实施,对职业院校教学改革是机遇更是挑战。实训教学在职业学校整个教学过程中起到非常关键的作用,是培养学生技能的重要环节。在深刻理解“1+X”证书制度试点的内涵和意义的基础上,结合实训教学中存在的问题进行深入分析,探索了基于“1+X”证书制度试点的汽车专业实训教学改革的系列举措,为职业院校创新开展1+X证书制度试点改革,进一步提高职业教育的人才培养质量提供了新思路、新方法和新借鉴。
The implementation of the pilot project of"1+X"certificate system is not only an opportunity but also a challenge to the teaching reform of vocational colleges.Practical teaching plays a key role in the whole teaching process of vocational schools and is an important link in cultivating students’skills.Based on a deep understanding of the connotation and significance of the"1+X"certificate system pilot,combined with the in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the practical teaching,this paper explores a series of measures for the practical teaching reform of automobile specialty based on the"1+X"certificate system pilot,so as to carry out the pilot reform of 1+X certificate system for vocational colleges.The study provides new ideas,new methods and new reference for further improving the talent training quality of vocational education.
