摘要
五氧化二磷作为吸水剂在真空干燥法测定样品干燥失重时,因无法确定其利用效率,常会导致干燥失重不完全或五氧化二磷过剩,同时五氧化二磷受热或遇水时分解放热,放出的有毒腐蚀性烟气会影响到试验人员的健康安全,为保证干燥失重结果的准确性及降低其毒害性对试验人员的影响,而对五氧化二磷的取用量进行试验。按方法SB/T 10021—2017称取5~30 g五氧化二磷作为吸水剂,在减压80±2℃条件下分别对样品含水量为5%~10%,10%~15%,15%~20%进行试验,对样品干燥失重结果及重复性结果进行分析。结果表明,样品含水量为5%~10%,10%~15%,15%~20%,五氧化二磷的取用量在10,15,20 g时样品干燥失重率分别为6.22%,14.40%,17.98%,样品重现性RSD为0.4%~1.5%;五氧化二磷的合适取用量能保证干燥失重试验结果的准确性,同时能减少五氧化二磷的浪费,降低对试验人员的毒害性,样品重现性结果理想,对使用五氧化二磷作为吸水剂进行干燥失重试验时具有参考意义。
Phosphorus pentoxide as a water absorbent in the vacuum drying method to determine the weightlessness of the sample drying weightlessness because it is impossible to determine its utilization efficiency often leads to the incomplete weightlessness of drying or excess phosphorus pentoxide,while phosphorus pentoxide was heated or exposed to water when the heat was released,the toxic corrosive flue gas emitted will affect the health and safety of the experimenter In order to ensure the accuracy of the weightless drying results and reduce the impact of its toxicity on the experimenter,the amount of phosphorus pentoxide tested.According to the method SB/T 10021—2017,5~30 g of phosphorus pentoxide was used as a water absorbent,and the water content of the sample was 5%~10%,10%~15%,15%~20%of the sample water content under the condition of reducing pressure by 80±2℃,and the results of weightlessness in drying and reproducibility of the sample were analyzed.The results showed that the water content of the sample was 5%~10%,10%~15%,15%~20%,and the dosage of phosphorus pentoxide was 6.22%,14.40%and 17.98%at 10,15,20 g,respectively,and the reproducibility of the sample RSD was between 0.4%~1.5%.The appropriate amount of phosphorus pentoxide can ensure the accuracy of the drying weightlessness experimental results and reduce the unnecessary waste of phosphorus pentoxide,reduce the toxicity to the experimenter,and the sample reproducibility results are ideal,which was of reference significance for the use of phosphorus pentoxide as a water absorbent for drying weightlessness experiments.
