摘要
随着人们对印品质量和需求的不断提高,印刷技术的不断发展和进步,墨层厚度检测技术早已成为了印品质量检测必不可少的手段之一,本文着重对印刷品的墨层厚度无损检测技术的研究进展进行归纳分析,提炼并阐述了各个厚度检测手段的特点,并基于机器视觉结合在线检测技术对印品墨层厚度无损检测技术的未来发展前景进行了总结展望。
As people demand for print and quality constantly improve,the continuous development of printing technology and progress,ink layer thickness detection technology has become the indispensable means of print quality detection.Printing ink layer thickness of the research progress of nondestructive testing technology were summarized.This paper points out the characteristics of various thickness detection means.Based on machine vision combined with online testing technology,the future development prospect of printing ink layer thickness nondestructive testing technology was prospected.
