摘要
水密接插件和水密缆构成水密接插件组件,是水下供电传信的关键节点,也是制约深海装备研发的瓶颈。本文简述了水密接插件发展状况,介绍了载人潜水器水下供电传信需求,系统梳理水密接插件组件的试验经验和应用情况,重点分析在线性能检测和模拟压力试验过程中的失效原因,得到水密接插件组件受海洋复杂环境影响和海水循环压力影响的定性和定量结果,为水密接插件组件的可靠应用及自主研发提供数据分析和技术支撑。
watertight connectors and cables are key notes for underwater power supply and communication. This article briefly describes the development of the watertight connector, introduce s the requirements of underwater power supply and signal transmission for manned submersible, and systematically combs the test experience and application situation of watertight connector components.The failure causes in the process of on-line performance detection and simulated pressure test are analyzed, and the qualitative and quantitative results of watertight connector components affected by marine environment and seawater pressure are obtained, that provides data analysis and technicai support for later application and R & D.
