大断面炭质板岩隧道进洞施工技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 滇西南地区地质条件复杂脆弱,分布有炭质板岩等特殊软岩地质,在隧道建设过程中易形成掌子面大变形、溜塌等严重的地质灾害事件,对工程建设构成了严重的威胁。本文以大临铁路白石头隧道出口现场实际情况,对施工中出现的大变形隧道支护控制措施进行了研究。总结了软岩大变形中的支护方式和控制措施,着重对超前支护措施、开挖工法、差异性预留变形量、型钢拱架型号优化、预应力树脂锚杆、掌子面预加固等措施进行了总结,研究成果对今后类似地层的隧道施工具有一定的参考意义。 The geological conditions in southwest Yunnan are complex and fragile,and carbonaceous slate and other special soft rock geology are distributed.In the process of tunnel construction,it is easy to form serious geological disasters such as large deformation of tunnel face and collapse,which pose a serious threat to the engineering construction.Based on the actual situation at the exit of Baishitou Tunnel of Dali-Lincang Railway,this paper studies the supporting control measures of large deformation tunnel in construction,and summarizes the supporting methods and control measures in large deformation of soft rock,focusing on the advanced supporting measures,excavation method,difference deformation allowance,model optimization of shaped steel arch frame,the prestressed resin blot,pre-reinforcement of tunnel face and other measures,the research results have certain reference significance for the tunnel construction of similar formation in the future.
