摘要
为研究三元共聚纤维掺量对海工混凝土强度及耐久性能的影响,设计了基体混凝土强度C40及3种不同纤维掺量共4组不同配合比,制作了72个标准立方体、12个棱柱体和12个圆柱体试件,通过抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度、碳化和氯离子扩散系数试验,研究了不同纤维掺量对混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明:掺加三元共聚纤维有利于提高抗压强度,而劈裂抗拉强度总趋势有一定程度的下降;相同龄期下,与基体混凝土相比,掺入的纤维越多,纤维混凝土的强度越高,碳化深度越低;随着纤维掺量的增加,抗氯盐侵蚀效果越好;最终用试验数据分别建立了混凝土抗压强度与混凝土氯离子扩散系数和混凝土碳化速率之间的相关关系曲线。该研究结果将为三元共聚纤维增强海工混凝土的工程设计与应用提供理论参考。
In order to study the influence of ternary copolymer fiber content on the strength and durability of marine concrete,this paper designed matrix concrete strength C40 and 3 different fiber contents,a total of 4 different mix ratios,and produced 72 standard cubes,12 prisms and 12 cylinders.Through the tests of compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,carbonation and chloride ion diffusion coefficient,the influence of different fiber contents on the performance of concrete was studied.The experimental results show that the addition of ternary copolymer fiber is beneficial to increase the compressive strength,while the general trend of splitting tensile strength is reduced to a certain extent.At the same age,compared with the matrix concrete,the more fibers are added,the higher the strength of fiber reinforced concrete,the lower the carbonization depth.With the increase of the fiber content,the corrosion resistance of chloride salt is better.Finally,the experimental data is used to establish the relationship between the concrete compressive strength and the concrete chloride ion diffusion coefficient and the concrete carbonization rate.The research results will provide a theoretical reference for the engineering design and application of ternary copolymer fiber reinforced marine concrete.
