中国九市0~24月龄儿童身长月平均增长量分析

摘要 目的探索0~24月龄儿童身长平均增长量的变化规律。方法收集1975至2015年我国九市儿童体格发育历次调查的0~24月龄儿童身长测量值。按时间顺序构建初生身长和各月龄身长动态数列。以初生身长为基期水平及《诸福棠实用儿科学(第8版)》测算增长值的年龄段,计算历次调查不同月龄阶段的身长月平均增长量,并进行纵向、横向、性别及城郊比较。按2005年的调查结果,计算不同百分位数的身长平均增长量分布值。结果1975、1985、1995、2005、2015年5个调查阶段的身长月平均增长量,随着月龄的增长逐月减小,0~1月龄阶段最大、0~24月龄阶段最小。相同月龄阶段身长月平均增长量男童大于女童、城区大于郊区,随着月龄增长,性别、城郊差异逐渐缩小。1975至2005年间4个调查阶段儿童身长月平均增长量呈逐期增大趋势,城区2015年与2005年比较逐期增长现象被阻断,郊区仍呈现不同程度增大趋势。《诸福棠实用儿科学(第8版)》年龄段及2005年不同百分位数的身长平均增长量与历次调查的变化规律类似。结论历次调查0~24月龄儿童身长平均增长量呈相似的变化规律,2005年不同百分位数身长平均增长量分布值的应用价值需实践加以论证。 Objective To explore the changing law of the average length growth of children aged 0-24 months.Methods The length measurements of children aged 0-24 months from previous surveys on physical development of children in 9 cities in my country from 1975 to 2015 were collected.The dynamic series of the length of birth and the length of each month were constructed in chronological order.Taking the length of birth as the base period and the age group of the"Zhu Futang Practical Pediatrics(8th Edition)"to calculate the growth value,the average monthly growth of the length in different months of the previous surveys was calculated,and the longitudinal,horizontal,gender and suburban comparisons were made.According to the survey results in 2005,calculate the distribution value of the average length increase in different percentiles.Results The average monthly growth of body length in the 5 survey stages in 1975,1985,1995,2005 and 2015,decreased month by month with the increase of the age,the largest in the 0-1 month stage,and the 0-24 month age stage is the smallest.At the same age,the average monthly growth in length of boys is greater than that of girls,and that of urban areas is greater than that of suburban areas.From 1975 to 2005,the average monthly growth of children's length in the four survey stages showed trend of increasing phase by phase.Compared with 2005,the phase-by-phase growth in urban areas was blocked,and the suburban area still showed an increase in varying degrees.The"Zhu Futang Practical Pediatrics(8th Edition)"age group and the average increase in length of different percentiles in 2005 are similar to the changes in previous surveys.Conclusion The body length average growth of children 0 to 24 months old showed similar change rule in the past investigations,the application value of monthly average body length growth of different percentiles in 2005 needs to be demonstrated in practice.
