新型市域快轨车辆转向架的研制

摘要 介绍了一种新型市域快轨车辆转向架的主要技术参数、各部件的基本结构特点,采用正向设计理念,对构架、枕梁、牵引梁等主要结构部件进行有限元仿真分析,完成了动力学仿真计算,并对转向架主要部件的结构强度及动力学性能进行了试验验证。经过理论计算和试验验证,该转向架的结构强度和动力学等各个方面的性能均满足要求。该转向架的研制以160 km/h市域快轨车辆转向架为基础,兼顾车辆最高运营速度120 km/h的A型地铁运营需求,同时满足200 km/h的市域/城际动车组运营需求,最终形成最大设计轴重17.5 t、最高运营速度涵盖120~200 km/h的转向架技术平台。 This paper introduces the main technical parameters,basic structural characteristics of each component of a new type bogie for intercity express rail train.Based on the forward design concept,the finite element simulation analysis of the main structural components such as the bogie frame,bodybolster and traction beam is carried out,and the dynamic simulation calculation is completed.The structural strength and dynamic performance of the main components of the bogie are tested and verified,and both meet the design requirements.The research and development is based on the bogie of 160 km/h intercity expressrail train,taking into account the operation demand of type A metro with the maximum operating speed of 120 km/h and the operation demand of intercity EMU of 200 km/h.Finally,a bogie technical platform with the maximum design axle load of 17.5 t and the maximum operating speed of 120-200 km/h is formed.
