摘要
连接空气弹簧主附加气室的塑性连接管结构参数对弹簧工作特性影响较大,为明晰塑性连接管结构参数对弹簧工作特性的影响机理,以塑性连接管的主要结构尺寸(连接管长度L,外径C、内径D)作为设计变量,以连接管进/出口端流量差值S和弹簧动刚度值T为目标函数,基于仿真软件,选用最优拉丁超立方试验设计和响应面法来完成对塑性连接管内气体流场的自动化建模及气体流场的仿真分析,从而获得设计变量对目标函数的影响贡献度,同时建立了表征目标函数的响应面近似模型.最后,运用遗传算法对近似模型展开了寻优求解以完善塑性连接管的使用性能.结果表明:设计变量L、C对目标函数S为负贡献度,设计变量D对目标函数S为正贡献度;设计变量L、D对目标函数T为负贡献度,设计变量C对目标函数T为正贡献度,优化后的塑型连接管有利于提高空气弹簧的减振性能.
The structural parameters of the plastic connecting pipe connecting the main air chamber and the additional air chamber of the air spring have a great influence on the working characteristics of the spring.In the report,in order to clarify the influence mechanism of the structural parameters of the plastic connecting pipe on the working characteristics of spring,the main structural dimensions of the plastic connecting pipe were used as the design variables,the flow difference between the inlet and outlet ends of the connecting pipe S,and the dynamic stiffness of the spring T were used as the objective functions.Based on simulation software,the optimal Latin hypercube design and response surface method were used to complete the automatic modeling and simulation analysis of gas flow field in plastic pipe.The contribution of design variables to the objective function was obtained,and the response surface approximation model was established to characterize the objective function.Finally,the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the approximate model to improve the performance of the plastic connection pipe.The results showed that the design variables L and C have negative contributions to the objective function S,and the design variable D has positive contributions to the objective function S;the design variables L and D have negative contributions to the objective function T,and the design variable C have positive contributions to the objective function T.The performance of the optimized plastic connecting pipe which in vibration reduction of the air spring was improved.
