摘要
石坝河北街酒厂河段治理是补齐石坝河防洪短板,完善茅台镇城区封闭防洪体系的关键。根据仁怀市“白酒生态产业”战略要求,结合治理河段防洪设施现状、工程地质及建设内容,按照20 a一遇洪水设防,提出新建护岸、行洪断面拓宽和清淤相结合的治理方案。根据堤防型式比选和设计断面计算分析结果表明:采用“块石驳岸+斜坡生态堤”方案,在保障河道稳定防洪作用的基础上,可有效修复河道自然生态功能和构建“人水和谐”的景观效果,可为现代生态河道治理和环境友好型城市建设提供参考。
The Beijie winery reach regulation is the key to supplement the Shiba River flood control short board and improve the closed flood control system in Maotai town.According to the strategic requirements of"Liquor Ecological Industry"of Renhuai city,combined with the flood control facilities current situation,engineering geology and construction content of the river regulation section,fortified 20-year flood protection standard,the treatment scheme combining construction new revetments,widening flood sections and dredging has been proposed.The results of embankment types comparison and selection,design section structure calculation and analysis show that the scheme with"rock revetment+slope ecological embankment"can effectively repair the natural ecological function of the river channel and build"human water harmony"landscape effect on the basis of ensuring river channel′s stable flood control function,which can provide reference for modern ecological river channel management and environmentfriendly city construction.
