摘要 为了降低人工排查电气设备故障的难度,提升电气设备故障诊断的智能化水平,设计了一种电气设备故障智能自诊断系统,通过设置触点检测装置、视觉检测装置、弧光检测传感器、温度传感器、湿度传感器实时采集和分析电气设备各类信息,监测电气设备一次回路和二次回路运行状态,自动提供电气设备故障信息和预测故障发生的等级。运行结果表明,该系统能准确地判断电气设备发生故障的元器件,缩短排查故障时间,提高工作效率。 In order to reduce the difficulty of manual troubleshooting of electrical equipment and improve the intelligent level of electrical equipment fault diagnosis,an intelligent self diagnosis system for electrical equipment fault is designed,which collects and analyzes all kinds of information of electrical equipment in real time by setting contact detection device,visual detection device,arc detection sensor,temperature sensor and humidity sensor,monitor the operation status of primary circuit and secondary circuit of electrical equipment,and automatically provide electrical equipment fault information and predict the level of fault occurrence.The operation results show that the system can accurately judge the faulty components of electrical equipment,shorten the troubleshooting time and improve work efficiency.
