摘要
文物保护就是采取管理与技术措施控制文物病害,减缓文物的劣化,保存文物所蕴含的价值信息,是一门应用性学科,长期以来,一直缺乏自己的基础理论,难以形成一门独立的学科。控制论和风险管理理论为研究文物保护提供了科学手段,基于文物保护学的特点,探讨了通过风险管理理论对文物的风险进行识别、评估、决策,采用控制论研究文物风险系统,进而控制文物病害的发生、发展,实现保护文物的目的的文物风险控制论。该理论的提出有助于当前文物保护学科的深入发展。
As a discipline of practice,conservation of cultural heritages aims to control all kinds of diseases,slow down the deterioration and preserve their embracing values through management and technology.So far,there is still lack of its fundamental theory,which results in the difficulty of forming an independent discipline.Based on the characteristics of conservation of cultural heritages,it is discussed that risk recognition,assessment and decision-making are conducted according to risk management theory.Meanwhile,with aid of cybernetics,risk system of conservation of cultural heritages is applied to control the occurrence and growing of diseases of cultural heritages in order to form the risk cybernetics of cultural heritages.The proposed theory will hopefully contribute to the development of conservation of cultural heritages.
