商用车动力系统超转矩匹配设计研究及应用推广

摘要 自卸车在复杂路况使用过程中,出现后桥主减速器齿轮断裂、齿轮早磨等造成自卸车性能不稳定、商用车动力总成故障频繁等问题,文中根据问题进行了开发设计方案,通过样车在工况验证及复杂区域内严格的验证,该设计方案解决了后桥主减速器总成齿轮断裂、早磨、点蚀问题,以及主被动齿轮脱皮、点蚀造成脱齿打齿问题,提高了动力系统的可靠性、安全性,延长了主减速器总成齿轮的使用寿命。 In view of the fact that the rear axle main reducer gear breaks,the gear wears early,the dump truck performance is unstable and the vehicle failure is frequent during the use of the dump truck with market feedback in complex road conditions,this paper organizes market investigation and research and analysis,and carries out targeted development and design schemes for the above problems.At the same time,it has been verified in the actual working conditions of the sample truck and a large number of dump trucks in different regions.The results show that the scheme can significantly reduce the problems of gear breakage,early wear and pitting of the rear axle main reducer.The peeling and pitting of the active and passive gears result in tooth removal and beating.The reliability and safety of the system are improved,and the service life of reducer gears is prolonged.
