摘要
目的研究社区老年慢性病患者体检情况与管理策略。方法回顾性分析天津市东丽区无瑕街社区卫生服务中心2017年6月-2017年12月期间500名老年人体检结果,其中100例检出患有慢性病。按照抽签法将100例患者分为常规组(n=50)与实验组(n=50),常规组采取常规管理,实验组实施全面管理策略。结果两组患者体检情况主要包括血压异常、肝功能异常等。两组护理前,对慢性病认知程度评分均无差异(P>0.05);两组护理后,实验组患者认知度显著高于常规组(P<0.05).常规组、实验组护理总满意度分别为76.00%、98.00%,比较发现实验组护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论老年群体中慢性病的发生率相对较高,社区护理人员做好全面管理工作,可促进患者对慢性病认知程度的提升,并获得患者的认可与满意。因此,采取社区全面管理工作可有效控制慢性病的发展且效果显著,在一定程度上保障患者的身心健康以及生命安全,值得推广及应用。
Objective To study the physical examination and management strategies of elderly patients with chronic diseases in the community.Methods The physical examination results of 500 elderly people analyzed between June 2017 and December 2017,of which 100 patients were diagnosed with chronic diseases.According to the lottery method,100 patients took the conventional group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=50),the conventional group adopted the routine management,and the experimental group implemented a comprehensive management strategy.Results The physical examination of the two groups mainly included abnormal blood pressure and abnormal liver function.There was no difference in cognitive scores of chronic diseases(P>0.05);after the two groups,patients were significantly higher than the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the conventional and experimental groups was 76.00%and 98.00%,respectively,indicating a higher nursing satisfaction in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conelusion The incidence of chronic diseases in the elderly group is relatively high.Community nursing staffs comprehensive management can improve the awareness of chronic diseases and obtain patient recognition and satisfaction.Therefore,the comprehensive community management can effectively control the development of slow disease,and protect the physical and mental health and life safety of patients to a certain extent,which is worth promotion and application.
