摘要
目的研究血常规检验中应用末梢血、静脉血采血的效果。方法数据遴选万安县人民医院2019年9月-2020年9月收治的88例血常规检验患者,根据“采血差异性”分末梢组(末梢采血,n=44)、静脉组(静脉采血,n=44),两组检验结果比较分析。结果与末梢组比较,静脉组第1次、第2次及第3次的RBC、WBC、PLT、Hb、Hct指标更高;与末梢组比较,静脉组0h、3h及6h的RBC、WBC、PLT、Hb、Hct指标更高,与0h比较,两组6h的各指标更低;与3h比较,6h的各指标更低;与末梢组比较,静脉组血常规RBC、WBC、PLT、Hb、Hct指标更高,P<0.05。结论静脉采血用于血常规检验更能获得准确的检验结果,为患者疾病治疗提供参考,值得推广。
objective To study the ffet of peripheral blood and venous blood collection in routine blood test.Methods The data were selected from 88 patients with routine blood test admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020.According to "blood collection differences",they were divided into peripheral group(peripheral blood ollction,n=44)and venous group(venous blood collection,n44),the test results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the peripheral group,the RBC,W BC,PLT,Hb,and Het indexes of the venous group at the lst,2nd and 3rd times were higher;PLT,Hb,Hct indexes were higher,compared with Oh,the indexes of 2 groups at 6h were lowercompared with 3h,the indexes al 6h were lower;compared with peripheral group,blood routine RBC,WBC,PLT,Hb of venous group,Het index was higher,P<0.05.Conclusion Venous blood collection for routine blood test can obtain more accurate test results and provide reference for patients'disease treatment,which is worthy of praise.
