摘要
地下室是工民建工程的主要构成部分,其防水质量情况直接影响地下室的使用效果。如果防水质量出现问题,那么业主将无法获得良好体验,甚至建筑结构的整体安全性将无法得到有效保障,建筑企业的社会形象也将受到负面影响。因此,全面研究地下室防水施工技术、规范其应用流程,具有重要的现实意义。本文在分析防水施工重要性的基础上,从多个方面分析了造成建筑地下室渗水的主要原因,分别总结刚性、柔性防水施工技术应用要点、优劣势,结合具体工程案例较为详细地探究防水施工技术的应用流程,希望能在理论层面给同行实践带来一定的帮助。
The basement is the main component of industrial and civil engineering projects,and the quality of waterproof construction directly affects the use effect of the basement.If there are problems in waterproof quality,the owners will not be able to obtain good experience,the overall safety of the building structure will not be effectively guaranteed,and the social image of the construction enterprise will be negatively affected.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to comprehensively study the basement waterproofing construction technology and standardize its application process.Based on the analysis of the importance of waterproof construction,the main causes of water seepage in the building basement are analyzed from many aspects,the application points,advantages and disadvantages of rigid and flexible waterproof construction technology are summarized,and the application process of waterproof construction technology in detail combined with specific engineering cases are investigated,so as to bring some help to peer practice at the theoretical level.
