摘要
文章对大型集装箱船绑扎桥升级改造,拆除原舱口围的3层绑扎桥,新做5层的绑扎桥,对新增改造绑扎桥进行结构分析,提出有效的码头吊装绑扎桥工艺。对预制绑扎桥分段提出要求,要求分段预制精度偏差±3 mm内。通过测量船舶纵向斜度及分段定位工装,在码头吊装新绑扎桥结构,定位精度、垂直度满足绑扎桥安装要求,最终完成了绑扎桥改装任务。
In this paper,the lashing bridge for large container ships is upgraded.The original three-layer lashing bridge at the hatch is dismantled,and a new five-layer lashing bridge is constructed,with its structural analysis conducted.Then,the paper proposes an effective hoisting technology of lashing bridges at wharves.According to the requirement that the accuracy error of segmental prefabrication is within±3 mm,the new lashing bridge is hoisted at the wharf by positioning tooling of the sections after the measurement of the longitudinal inclination of the ship.The positioning accuracy and verticality meet the installation requirements of the lashing bridge,which indicates the successful conversion of the lashing bridge.
