摘要
建筑行业推动了我国社会经济的发展。建筑企业只有做好施工管理工作,才能提高经济效益。施工现场管理不到位,既会影响施工进度和施工质量,也不利于企业的健康发展。因此,建筑企业应重视施工现场管理工作,并且采取有效措施来推动企业的可持续发展。基于此,本文探析了施工现场管理的优化策略,提出了一些建议,以期促进建筑行业的可持续发展。
The construction industry has promoted the development of China’s social economy. Only by doing well in construction management can the construction enterprises improve economic benefits. Inadequate construction site management will not only affect the construction progress and quality, but also not conducive to the healthy development of enterprises. Therefore, construction enterprises should pay attention to the construction site management, and take effective measures to promote the sustainable growth of enterprise. Based on this, this paper analyzes the optimization strategy of construction site management, and puts forward some suggestions, so as to achieve sustainable development of construction industry.
