摘要
目的探究牙周翻瓣术在重度慢性牙周炎患者临床治疗中的疗效与应用价值。方法于该院2019年3月—2020年3月收治的所有重度慢性牙周炎患者中随机选择80例为研究对象,均接受牙周基础治疗,并在牙周基础治疗后6周,接受牙周翻瓣术治疗。分别选择牙周翻瓣术治疗前、牙周翻瓣术治疗后3个月和牙周翻瓣术治疗后6个月,给予患者牙周专业检查,对比患者探诊深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)以及出血指数(BI)等指标的变化情况。结果患者术前的探诊深度和临床附着水平分别为(5.92±1.05)mm和(2.53±0.71)mm;术后3个月两项指标变为(3.18±0.73)mm和(1.72±0.41)mm;术后6个月两项指标变为(2.53±0.48)mm和(1.82±0.52)mm;术前与术后3个月、6个月对比差异有统计学意义(t=23.040、8.837、4.764、26.263、7.216、5.486,P<0.05)。结论重度慢性牙周炎患者行牙周翻瓣术治疗,治疗效果明显,并且疗效较为稳定,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the efficacy and application value of periodontal flap surgery in the clinical treatment of patients with severe chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with severe chronic periodontitis admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the research objects,wihich received basic periodontal treatment and received periodontal flap surgery 6 weeks after basic periodontal treatment.The patients were selected before periodontal flap surgery,3 months after periodontal flap surgery,and 6 months after periodontal flap surgery.Patients were given a periodontal professional examination.Compared the changes of patients'probing depth(PD),clinical attachment level(CAL),and bleeding index(BI).Results The patient's preoperative probing depth and clinical attachment level were(5.92±1.05)mm and(2.53±0.71)mm,respectively.Three months after the operation,the two indexes became(3.18±0.73)mm and(1.72±0.41)mm.After 6 months,the two indexes became(2.53±0.48)mm and(1.82±0.52)mm;there was statistically significant difference between preoperative and 3 months and 6 months after operation(t=23.040,8.837,4.764,26.263,7.216,5.486,P<0.05).Conclusion Periodontal flap surgery for patients with severe chronic periodontitis has obvious therapeutic effect,and the curative effect is relatively stable,which has high clinical application value.
