摘要
基于新制度主义的理论分析框架,从制度需求、身份合法和资源供给三个维度审视博士生分流退出机制:以S校博士生分流退出机制为例,通过深度访谈和主题分析方法探讨其博士生分流退出机制的运行动力。研究发现:政策导向、质量需求、导师评价和社会期待为博士生分流退出机制运行提供了动力基础。鉴于此,建议从优化政策设计强化制度供给、建立多样化的博士生全过程考核评价体系、构建完善的博士生导师考核评估制度、增强博士生分流退出制度的社会认同等方面促进博士生分流退出机制的运行走深走实,切实保障博士生培养质量。
Based on the theoretical analysis framework of neo-institutionalism,this paper examines the diversion and withdrawal mechanism of doctoral students from the three dimensions of institutional demand,identity and resource supply.Taking the diversion and withdrawal mechanism of doctoral students in one university as an example,it discusses its mechanism through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis.The study found that policy orientation,quality demand,supervisor evaluation and social expectations provide the driving force for the operation of the diversion and exit mechanism for doctoral students.In view of this,it is suggested to promote the diversion and withdrawal mechanism of doctoral students from the aspects of optimizing the policy design and strengthening the system supply,establishing a diversified whole-process evaluation system for doctoral students,constructing and improving the evaluation system of doctoral supervisors,and enhancing the social recognition of the diversion and withdrawal system of doctoral students.
