新时代高职大学生专业认同调查与研究 被引量:1

Investigation and Research on Professional Identity of Higher Vocational College Students in the New Era

摘要 当前,部分高职院校过于注重学生的就业率,对学生的专业引导较薄弱,这导致高职生对所学专业认识不足,缺乏专业认同,以致影响高职院校的人才培养质量。本研究采用秦攀博编制的“大学生专业认同量表”调查福建省4所高职院校的2100名在校生的专业认同状况,发现高职生专业认同水平较高,且专业认同在性别、是否独生子女、志愿选择、就业前景上存在显著性差异,而在年级上不存在显著性差异。本研究提出以下建议:首先,加强对专业知识和就业前景的宣传;其次,加强对学生进行专业领城的情感教育;再次,建立和增加教师与学生之间的沟通渠道;最后,应把专业知识与课外活动结合起来。 At present,some higher vocational colleges pay too much attention to the employment rate of students and the professional guidance of students is weak,which leads to the lack of professional understanding and professional identity of higher vocational students,which affects the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges.This study uses the"college students'professional identity scale"compiled by Qin Panbo to investigate the professional identity of 2100 students in four higher vocational colleges in Fujian province.It is found that the professional identity level of higher vocational students is high,and there are significant differences in gender,whether they are the only child,voluntary choice and employment prospects,but there is no significant difference in grade.This study puts forward the following suggestions:first,strengthen the publicity of professional knowledge and employment prospects;secondly,strengthen the emotional education of students in professional fields;thirdly,establish and increase the communication channels between teachers and students;finally,professional knowledge should be combined with extracurricular activities.
