摘要
在烟草行业中,传统的盘纸拼接方式是使用双面胶带的有胶拼接,这不仅费时费力且增加了双面胶带耗材的使用。结合实际生产需求,对L22成型机上的有胶拼接装置进行了无胶带拼接改造,通过采用光辊、齿辊互相辊压的方式,辅以相应程序控制,从而实现成型机无胶带拼接装置的长期、高效、稳定运行,以提高生产效率,降低辅料消耗,减轻工人劳动强度。
In the tobacco industry,the traditional reel splicing method is glue splicing using double-sided tape,which is time-consuming and labor-intensive and increases the use of double-sided tape consumables.Now combined with the actual production requirements,the glue-free splicing device on the L22 molding machine is modified without tape splicing.By using smooth rollers and toothed rollers to roll against each other,supplemented by corresponding program control,the long-term,efficient and stable operation of the tape-free splicing device of the molding machine is realized to improve production efficiency,reduce auxiliary material consumption,and reduce labor intensity of workers.
