摘要
目的:探讨胸腔镜手术(VATS)治疗创伤性血气胸对患者肺功能与疼痛因子的影响。方法:选取2018年11月—2019年12月洛阳市第一人民医院收治65例的创伤性血气胸患者。根据随机数表法分为研究组(33例)与常规组(32例),常规组采取传统开胸手术治疗,研究组采取VATS治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗效果、肺功能指标与疼痛因子。结果:研究组治疗有效率高于常规组差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.482,P<0.05)。研究组各肺功能指标优于常规组差异有统计学意义(t=2.539、2.976、2.443、2.197、2.832,P<0.05)。术后7d,两组患者疼痛因子均降低,观察组显著低于对照组、(t=3.197、2.259、P<0.05)。结论:创伤性血气胸采取VATS治疗有助于改善患者肺通气功能、缓解术后疼痛,临床治疗效果甚佳。
Objective:To explore the effect of Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery (VATS) in the treatment of traumatic hemopneumothorax on lung function and pain factors.Methods:Sixty-five patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into study group (33 cases) and conventional group (32 cases). The conventional group was treated with traditional thoracotomy, and the study group was treated with VATS. The treatment effect, lung function indexes and pain factors of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results:The effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group, the difference was (χ^(2)=5.482, P<0.05). The lung function indexes of the study group were better than those of the routine group statistically significant (t=2.539, 2.976, 2.4432.197, 2.832, P<0.05). At 7 d after operation, the pain factors of the two groups of patients were reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group statistically significant (t=3.197, 2.259, P<0.05).Conclusion:VATS treatment for traumatic hemopneumothorax is helpful to improve the lung ventilation function and relieve postoperative pain with good clinical treatment effect.
