摘要
铸魂育人是新时代高校资助工作的主要价值取向和根本任务。当前高校资助工作往往过于注重物质经济的帮扶,未能充分发挥资助育人的重要作用。鉴于此,文章在铸魂育人视域下,探讨高校资助工作的时代意义,客观分析高校资助工作所面临的困境,主要针对高校资助工作中“铸魂育人”理念缺失、全员全程全方位育人合力缺乏和受助学生“铸魂育人”成才意识缺乏的现实问题,提出新时代高校资助工作体系构建的有效途径。以期为全面提升新时代高校资助工作质量提供借鉴和参考。
Casting souls and educating people is the main value orientation and fundamental task of university funding work in the new era.The current university funding work often focuses too much on material economic assistance,and the important role of funding education has not been fully realized.In view of this,this paperexplores the significance of college funding work under the perspective of casting souls and educating people,and objectively analyzes the difficulties faced by college funding work,mainly focusing on the lack of the concept of"casting souls and educating people"in the funding work of colleges and universities.The practical problems of the lack of synergy in directional education and the lack of awareness of"casting souls and educating talents among the aided students put forward an effective way to construct the funding system for universities in the new era.It expects to provide reference and reference for comprehensively improving the quality of university funding work in the new era.
