摘要 现如今国家经济实力持续提升,促使我国城市化建设不断推进,轨道交通行业也随之蓬勃发展。但在城轨建设过程中,存在工程建设质量、施工进度以及难度评估等无法把控的问题,严重影响城轨发展,进而阻碍城市建设一体化进程。因此在城轨建设中采用 BIM 技术,旨在提高城轨工程建设质量,保障城市化建设效果。文章以 BIM 技术在城轨的应用为例,分析 BIM 技术的内涵和特点,研究影响 BIM 技术在城轨工程建设中推广的问题以及具体应用方面,预测发展趋势,确保BIM 技术在城轨工程的应用效果,实现推动城市建设一体化发展的目标。 Nowadays,China’s economic strength is constantly improving,which promotes the continuous development of urbanization in the country,and the rail transit industry has been fully developed.However,in the process of urban rail construction,there are problems that cannot be controlled such as project construction quality,construction progress and difficulty assessment,which seriously affect the development of urban rail and hinder the integration process of urbanization construction.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt BIM technology to improve the construction quality of urban rail projects and ensure the effect of urbanization construction.Taking the application of BIM technology in urban rail transit as an example,this paper analyzes the significance and characteristics of BIM technology,studies the problems and specific applications that affect the application of BIM technology in urban rail engineering,predicts the development trend,and ensures the application effect of BIM technology in urban rail engineering,to achieve the goal of promoting the integrated development of the city.
