摘要
目的研究水囊压迫联合欣母沛治疗产后出血患者的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2019年2月至2021年5月期间收入的112例产后出血患者进行研究,按治疗差异分为两组,均56例,对照组仅采取水囊压迫治疗,研究组实施水囊压迫联合欣母沛治疗,观察两组治疗相关情况、血流动力学、宫底高度、宫缩次数、凝血功能、不良反应发生率。结果用药前两组血流动力学差异无统计学意义;用药前宫底高度、宫缩次数差异无统计学意义;两组用药前凝血功能差异无统计学意义;P>0.05。研究组放置时间短于对照组,2 h后出血量、24 h后出血量均少于对照组,子宫切除率低于对照组;用药后12 h研究组SBP、DBP低于对照组,HR高于对照组;用药后0.5 h、1 h宫底高度低于对照组,宫缩次数多于对照组;用药后12 h两组凝血功能均出现下降,研究组凝血功能均低于对照组;差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。两组不良反应之间差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论水囊压迫联合欣母沛治疗产后出血效果理想,对血流动力学影响较少,整体止血效果理想,患者凝血因子明显好转,增加宫缩次数,治疗期间安全性较高,值得应用。
Objective To study the effect of water sac compression combined with hemabate on postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 112 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2019 to May 2021 was carried out retrospectively.According to the treatment difference,they were divided into two groups,56 patients in each groups.The control group was treated with water sac compression only,and the research group was treated with water sac compression combined with hemabate.The treatment related conditions,hemodynamics,fundal height,the number of contractions,coagulation function and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results There was no difference in hemodynamics,fundal height,number of contractions and coagulation function between the two groups before medication(P>0.05).In the study group,the placement time was shorter than that in the control group,the bleeding amount was less after 2 h and 24 h,and the hysterectomy rate was lower than that in the control group.SBP and DBP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and HR were higher than those in the control group.After treatment,the height of fundus was lower than that of the control group at 0.5 h and 1 h,and the number of contractions was more than that of the control group.The coagulation function of the two groups decreased 12 h after medication,and the coagulation function of the study group was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of water sac compression combined with hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is ideal,which has little effect on hemodynamics,and the overall hemostatic effect is ideal.The coagulation factors of patients are significantly improved,and the number of contractions is increased.The safety is high during the treatment,and it is worth using.
