摘要
目的观察特布他林联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘患者的临床疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月沈阳二四二医院收治的支气管哮喘患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,各48例。对照组予以孟鲁司特钠片治疗,联合组在对照组基础上予以硫酸特布他林片治疗。2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效,治疗前后炎性因子[白介素17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]、氧化应激指标[丙二醇(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)],并观察2组不良反应发生情况。结果联合组总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.025)。治疗后,2组IL-17、TNF-α、hs-CRP低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组MDA低于治疗前,SOD、GSH-Px高于治疗前,且联合组MDA低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px高于对照组(P<0.01)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论特布他林联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效确切,可有效减轻患者炎性反应,提高抗氧化能力,且安全性较高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of terbutaline combined with montelukast sodium in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 96 cases of patients with bronchial asthma were selected from January 2020 to January 2021 in Shenyang 242 Hospital,which were divided into control group and combined group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets,while the combined group was treated with terbutaline sulfate tablets based on the control group.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors(IL-17,TNF-α,hs-CRP),oxidative stress indexes(MDA,SOD,GSH-Px)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.031,P=0.025).After treatment,the levels of IL-17,TNF-αand hs-CRP in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,MDA in both groups was lower than that before treatment,SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those before treatment,and MDA in combined group was lower than that of control group,and SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those of control group(P<0.01).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion Terbutaline combined with montelukast sodium have an exact clinical effect for bronchial asthma,which can effectively relieve the inflammatory reaction of patients,improve the antioxidant capacity,and has high safety.
