咖啡种植户投入产出效率及影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于对云南省保山市隆阳区、龙陵县220户咖啡种植户的入户调查数据,运用DEA模型测算咖啡农户种植咖啡的生产效率,并进一步利用Tobit模型从微观层面对影响咖啡生产效率的因素进行分析。结果表明:咖啡的纯技术效率较低是影响咖啡生产效率的主要原因,是否加入合作社、受教育程度、种植年限、是否参加培训、种植面积对咖啡生产效率有显著的正相关关系;是否享有补贴对咖啡生效率具有不显著的正相关关系;咖啡农户年龄和家庭劳动力人数对咖啡生产效率具有不显著的负相关关系。基于此,从加快咖啡专业合作社发展、提高农户入社比例、创新培训方式、鼓励促进土地流转等方面提出了提高咖啡种植户投入产出效率的对策建议。 Based on the household survey data of 220 coffee growers in Longyang district and Longling county of Baoshan city,Yunnan province,the production efficiency of coffee growers was calculated by using DEA model,and the influencing factors of coffee production efficiency were further analyzed by using Tobit model from the micro level.The results showed that the low pure technical efficiency of coffee is the main reason affecting coffee production efficiency,there is a significant positive correlation between coffee production efficiency and whether to join cooperatives,education level,planting years,whether to participate in training and planting area,there is no significant positive correlation between subsidies and coffee production efficiency,and the age of coffee farmers and the number of family labor have no significant negative correlation with coffee production efficiency.Based on this,some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the input-output efficiency of coffee farmers were put forward from accelerating the development of coffee professional cooperatives,improving the proportion of farmers entering cooperatives,innovating training methods,and encouraging land transfer.
