民用建筑工程中地基施工技术浅析

摘要 房屋建筑结构之中,地基是下层支撑结构,对房屋建筑整体的稳定性、安全性有重要影响。如果地基的稳定性较强,且自身的承受能力较强,那么房屋建筑就会更加安全可靠,且应用时间也比较长。如果在房屋建筑之中,地基施工技术应用存在问题,那么最终房屋建筑产品质量就难以保障。因此在项目施工阶段,探讨优化应用地基施工技术是极为关键的。 In the building structure,the foundation is the lower supporting structure,which has an important impact on the overall stability and safety of the building.If the stability of the foundation is strong and its bearing capacity is strong,the housing construction will be more safe and reliable,and the application time will be relatively long.If there are problems in the application of foundation construction technology in housing construction,it is difficult to ensure the quality of housing construction products.Therefore,in the project construction stage,it is very critical to explore and optimize the application of foundation construction technology.
