摘要
“两个确立”是党的十九届六中全会提出的一项重大政治原则,具有多方面的生成逻辑。首先,“两个确立”具有历史逻辑的必然性,是中国共产党百年奋斗征程的一项重要经验启示。其次,“两个确立”具有理论逻辑的使然性,是马克思主义经典作家关于建党学说的一项基本原则。再次,“两个确立”具有现实逻辑的应然性,是中国共产党应对时代挑战、纾解时代难题的一项根本政治举措。整体明晰和梳理“两个确立”的多重生成逻辑,有利于凝聚全党全国各族人民的政治共识,共同创造新时代赶考路上的新辉煌。
"Two establishment" is a major political principle put forward by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, which has various generative logic. First of all, the "two establishment" has the inevitability of historical logic, which is an important experience and enlightenment of the CPC’s hundred-year struggle. Secondly, "two establishment" has the necessity of theoretical logic, which is a basic and principal requirement of Marxist classical writers on the theory of party building. Thirdly, the "two establishment" has the necessity of reality and logic, and is a fundamental political measure for the Communist Party of China to meet the challenges of the time and alleviate the problems of the time. The overall clarity and sorting out of the multiple generation logic of "two establishment" will help build political consensus of the whole Party and people of all ethnic groups in China and jointly create new glory on the road to the national examination in the new era.
