摘要
目的探讨在营养性缺铁性贫血(NIDA)儿童治疗中应用右旋糖酐铁的疗效。方法86例NIDA患儿,以治疗方法不同分为常规组及实验组,每组43例。常规组给予硫酸亚铁治疗,实验组给予右旋糖酐铁口服液治疗。比较两组患儿的疗效,治疗前后的临床指标[血红蛋白(Hb)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)]水平,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,实验组患儿的总有效率97.7%高于常规组的81.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿的Hb、MCHC、MCV水平均较本组治疗前升高,且实验组患儿的Hb(122.37±9.14)g/L、MCHC(335.31±24.19)g/L、MCV(86.25±8.52)fl高于常规组的(109.28±7.35)g/L、(319.16±15.78)g/L、(79.23±7.11)fl,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患儿的不良反应发生率4.7%低于常规组的20.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NIDA患儿采用右旋糖酐铁治疗,可有效提高患儿的疗效及MCV,促进Hb尽快恢复正常,且用药安全性较高,建议推广。
Objective To discuss the efficacy of iron dextran in the treatment of children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia(NIDA).Methods A total of 86 children with NIDA were divided into conventional group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with ferrous sulfate,and the experimental group was treated with iron dextran oral liquid.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,clinical indicators[hemoglobin(Hb),mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),mean corpuscular volume(MCV)]before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results After treatment,the total effective rate 97.7% in the experimental group was higher than 81.4% in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hb,MCHC and MCV in the two groups were higher than those before treatment in this group,and the levels of Hb(122.37±9.14)g/L,MCHC(335.31±24.19)g/L,MCV(86.25±8.52)fl in the experimental group were higher than(109.28±7.35)g/L,(319.16±15.78)g/L,(79.23±7.11)fl in the conventional group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 4.7% in the experimental group was lower than 20.9% in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Iron dextran for children with NIDA can effectively improve the efficacy and MCV,promote the early recovery of Hb,and the safety of the drug is high.It is recommended to be promoted.
