摘要
目的研究正骨紫金丸联合手术治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法收集2019年1月至2021年6月郑州卷烟厂康复医院收治的60例桡骨远端骨折患者。采用抽签法将其分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组仅接受常规治疗,观察组接受常规治疗联合正骨紫金丸。治疗3个月后,采用数字化摄影评估骨折断端愈合情况,采用视觉模拟评分法评估骨折局部疼痛程度,采用36条简明健康状况调查表评估患者生活质量。记录治疗药物不良反应发生情况。结果观察组愈合率(90.00%)高于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组恶心、呕吐、腹泻、腹胀、皮疹及肝损伤等药物不良反应发生率及总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论正骨紫金丸可促进桡骨远端骨折的愈合,减轻骨折局部肿痛,提高患者生活质量且安全性可。
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of Zhenggu Zjin pill combined with surgery in the treatment of distal radius fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with distal radius fracture admitted to Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory Rehabilitation Hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were collcted.All patients were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to drawing lots.The control group was only given conventional treatment.Observation group was given conventional treatment combined with Zhenggu Zijin pill.After 3 months of treatment,the digital photography was used to assess the healing of fracture ends,the visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to assess degree of local pain of the fracture,and the 36-item shot-form health status survey(SF-36)were used to assess patients’quality of life.The occurrence of adverse drug reactions during treatment was recorded.Results The healing rate in observation group(90.00%)was higher than that in control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The VAS score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,overall health,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health score of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions and the incidence of nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,bloating,rash,and liver injury between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zhenggu Zijin pill can promote the healing of the distal radius fracture,reduce the local pain,and improve the quality of life of patients with high safety.
