摘要
板式定制家具的板材成本对企业利润有很大影响。大型定制家具企业一般采用揉单生产模式,将大量订单按照一定的组批方式组成几个批次,以提高板材利用率及生产效率。为了明确不同组批方式对板材利用率的影响,通过对A企业两条产线板材利用率及相关数据的统计分析,分别得出在两种不同组批方式下板材利用率的主要影响因素及回归方程:零售单产线按主花色组批,影响板材利用率的主要因素依次是批次容量(X_(1))、花色(X_(2))、单量(X_(3)),回归方程为Y=0.361 X_(1)-0.074 X_(2)+0.011 X_(3)+72.762(R^(2)=0.664);样品单产线按来源地址组批,影响板材利用率的主要因素是单量(X),回归方程为Y=1.356ln X+67.163(R^(2)=0.342)。为了比较两种组批方式的板材利用率是否有显著差异,通过t检验分析相同订单采用不同组批方式的利用率数据,结果可得按主花色组批板材利用率显著高于按来源地址组批。通过控制单量、花色、批次容量等条件可以在一定范围内提升板材利用率,也可以通过回归方程预测板材的利用率,为企业管理人员预测板材成本,选择合适的组批方式提供参考。
The panel material cost of customized panels' furniture has a great impact on the profit of enterprises.Large-scale customized furniture enterprises generally use mixed production mode,in which a large number of orders in accordance with certain rules to several batches,to improve the utilization rates of panel materials and production efficiency.In order to clarify the impact of different batch rules on panels utilization,this study made a statistical analysis of the utilization rate and related data of two production lines in an enterprise.The production line of the retail orders is based on the main color group batches,and through correlation analysis.The main factors affecting the utilization rate of the panels are batch capacity(X_(1)),the panels color quantity(X_(2))and the order quantity(X_(3))in turn.Then,the regression equation that obtained by regression analysis is Y=0.361 X_(1)-0.074 X_(2)+0.011 X_(3)+72.762(R^(2)=0.664).Through the same analysis process,the production line of the sample orders is sorted by the order source address,and the main factor affecting the utilization rate of the panels is the order quantity(X),and the regression equation is Y=1.356ln X+67.163(R^(2)=0.342).In order to compare whether there is a significant difference in the utilization rate of the two kinds of batch rules,the T test was used to analyze the utilization rate data of the same orders with different order batching rules,and the result shows that the utilization rate of the batch by main color is significantly higher than that of the batch by the order source address.In conclusions,by controlling the batch capacity,the quantity of panel colors and the quantity of orders can improve the utilization of the panels within a certain range.Through the regression equation,business managers can predict the utilization rate of the panels,and further predict the panels cost of enterprises.Meanwhile,in other respects,such as management costs,the two batch rules have their own advantages and disadvantages so that enterprises s
