摘要
随着当今科学技术的不断发展,机械制造工程技术的发展也十分迅速。尤其是高速铣削技术的应用与发展,更是让机械加工制造技术及其质量上升到了一个全新层次。而在此项技术的具体应用中,变形控制及其工艺是最为重要的一项内容。基于此,对高速铣削薄壁加工过程中的变形控制及其工艺进行分析,以使此项技术得到良好应用与发展。
With the continuous development of science and technology,the development of mechanical manufacturing engineering technology is also very rapid.In particular,the application and development of high-speed milling technology has raised the machining manufacturing technology and its quality to a new level.In the specific application of this technology,deformation control and its process are the most important content.Based on this,this paper analyzes the deformation control and technology in the process of high-speed milling thin-wall machining,so as to provide a scientific reference for the good application and development of this technology.
