摘要
马克思廉政建设观具有丰富的内涵,主要包含以下基本观点:首先,社会主义公有制是廉政建设的制度根基;其次,人民民主是廉政建设的核心保障;最后,建立人民自己的廉价政府是实现廉政建设目标的关键举措。它既体现了科学性与革命性的高度一致,又实现了理论性与实践性的有机结合,同时还彰显了批判性和超越性的高度统一。廉政治理是实现国家治理现代化的门阶条件。基于以上认识,马克思廉政建设观对新时代国家治理现代化具有重要启示:一要不断完善社会主义制度,发挥制度优越性对廉政建设的基础作用;二要努力拓展社会主义民主政治道路,增强廉政建设的核心保障;三要竭力打造全心为民的廉价政府,实现国家治理现代化的最终旨归。
Marx’s concept of building a clean government has rich connotations,including the following basic views:first,socialist public ownership is the institutional foundation for building a clean government;second,people’s democracy is the core guarantee for building a clean government;third,the establishment of people’s own cheap government is the key measure to achieve the goal of building a clean government.It not only embodies the high degree of consistency between science and revolution,but also realizes the organic combination of theory and practice.At the same time,it also demonstrates the high degree of unity of criticality and transcendence.Integrity politics is the basic threshold condition for realizing the modernization of national governance.Based on the above understanding,Marx’s concept of clean government construction has the following important implications for the modernization of national governance in the new era:first,we must continuously improve the socialist system and give full play to the basic role of the superiority of the system in the construction of clean government;second,we should strive to expand the path of socialist democratic politics and strengthen the core guarantee of clean government construction;third,we must strive to build a cheap government dedicated to the people and realize the ultimate goal of modernizing national governance.
