摘要
沥青路面在高速公路建设中占比很高,沥青路面施工的质量会直接影响到高速公路的施工质量,因此沥青路面施工智能管控体系是非常必要的。研究旨在提供一种能够监控沥青路面施工质量的方案,将从硬件、结构及实现原理进行展开。硬件系统包括三个单元,分别是供电单元、主控单元、采集单元。主控单元采用分模块设计,包含电源模块、4G模块、单片机模块、AI模块及接口模块。最后对不同施工层层厚的测量、铺料温度的测量及铺料石头过大预警等功能实现的原理进行了阐述。
Asphalt pavement occupies a dominant position in highway construction.The quality of asphalt pavement construction will directly affect the quality of highway construction.Therefore,an intelligent management and control system for asphalt pavement construction is very necessary.It is the purpose of this article to provide a scheme that can monitor the quality of asphalt pavement construction.The hardware,structure and realization principle of the system will be discussed.The hardware system includes three units,namely the power supply unit,the main control unit,and the acquisition unit.The main control unit adopts sub-module design,including power module,4G module,single-chip module,AI module and interface module.Finally,the principles of the realization of the measurement of the thickness of different construction layers,the measurement of the paving temperature and the early warning of excessive paving stones are explained.
