摘要
针对某型号单向阀工作异常情况,结合产品原理及结构特点,对异常问题进行原因分析,并给予了准确定位,在此基础上提出了改进方案,经试验验证及实施,效果良好,为日后同类型产品相似问题的解决提供了解决方案。
Aiming at abnormal operation of one certain type of check valve and in combination with the product principle and structure characteristics,the paper analyses the cause for abnormal operation,finds the problem exactly and provides improvement plan on above basis.Test and implementation prove that the improvement plan has good effect,providing a solution for similar problem on the same type of product.
