摘要
陶瓷复合装甲属于非标准材料,在进行数字X射线成像(DR)检测时,其曝光条件的确定缺乏相应依据。在相同的透照管电压下,对SiC陶瓷复合装甲阶梯试块及6063铝合金阶梯试块进行了数字X射线成像检测,以确定两种材料的等效系数。试验结果表明,透照管电压为45 kV~70 kV时,SiC陶瓷复合装甲与6063铝合金的等效系数为0.78~0.89。该试验结果对SiC陶瓷复合装甲数字X射线成像检测技术条件的确定具有一定的指导意义。
Ceramic composite armor is a kind of non-standard material. In the process of X-ray digital radiography, the determination of its exposure conditions lacks of corresponding basis. The X-ray digital radiography of SiC ceramic composite armor step test block and 6063 aluminum alloy step test block was carried out by using the equivalent coefficient method under the same tube voltage. The results show that the equivalent coefficient of SiC ceramic composite armor and 6063 aluminum alloy is 0.78-0.89 when the tube voltage is 45 kV-70 kV. The test results have a certain guiding significance for the determination of the X-ray digital radiography technical conditions of SiC ceramic composite armor.
