摘要
目的:分析痔疮动脉栓塞术和吻合器痔上黏膜环切术对Ⅱ~Ⅳ度内痔患者的临床治疗效果。方法:以2020年3月~2021年2月本院收治的40例Ⅱ~Ⅳ度内痔患者为例,将随机数字表法作为分组原则,随机分为2组,对照组患者通过吻合器痔上黏膜环切术进行治疗,观察组患者通过痔疮动脉栓塞术进行治疗,比较两组患者的手术指标;术中、术后各项评分。结果:观察组患者的手术指标优于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的术中出血评分和术后出血评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的疼痛程度评分低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅱ~Ⅳ度内痔患者通过痔疮动脉栓塞术进行治疗,其手术指标、出血情况、疼痛程度以及术后痔核情况均优于通过吻合器痔上黏膜环切术治疗的患者,安全性更高,临床效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of hemorrhoid arterial embolization and stapled prolapse and hemorrhoid circumcision in patients with Ⅱ~Ⅳ internal hemorrhoids.Methods:Taking 40 patients with grade Ⅱ-IV internal hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 as an example,the random number table method was used as the grouping principle,and they were randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients in the control group passed the stapled hemorrhoids Upper mucosal circumcision was performed.Patients in the observation group were treated by hemorrhoid arterial embolization.The surgical indicators of the two groups were compared;various scores during and after surgery were compared.Results:The surgical indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the intraoperative and postoperative bleeding scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pain degree scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with Ⅱ~Ⅳ internal hemorrhoids are treated by hemorrhoid arterial embolization,and its surgical indicators,bleeding,pain,and postoperative hemorrhoids are better than those treated by stapled prolapse and hemorrhoids,and the safety is higher.The clinical effect is remarkable.
