摘要
目的 探讨变应性鼻炎(AR)患者血浆对氧磷酶1(paraoxonase 1,PON1)活性、嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(eosinophil cationic protein,ECP)水平与氧化应激的关系。方法 选取2018年6月-2019年5月间来安阳市第六人民医院就诊的AR患者86例作为研究对象,另选取86名同期健康体检者作为对照组,检测血浆中PON1、ECP与氧化应激指标水平,比较分析不同组别间、不同类型AR患者间的指标差异,并分析它们与氧化应激状态之间的关系。结果AR组血浆PON1活性、总抗氧化态(total antioxidant state,TAS)明显低于对照组(P<0.05),ECP、嗜酸性粒细胞(Eos)、总免疫球蛋白(immunoglobulin E,IgE)、总氧化态(total oxidation state,TOS)与氧化应激指数(oxidative stress index,OSI)高于对照组(P<0.05)。中重度AR患者血浆PON1、TAS水平明显低于轻度AR患者(P<0.05),ECP、IgE、TOS与OSI高于轻度AR患者(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示,AR患者血浆PON1、ECP、IgE均与TOS、OSI、TAS呈现低度相关(P<0.05),而EOS与氧化应激指标间的相关性均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 AR患者病发期有着低血浆PON1水平与高ECP水平,与高氧化应激状态密切相关,在一定程度上反映了病情的严重程度。
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between plasma paraoxonase 1(PON1) activity,eosinophil cationic protein(ECP) level and oxidative stress in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR) relation.METHODS A total of 86 AR patients were recruited in our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as the research object,and 86 healthy subjects were enrolledas the control group during the same period.Levels of PON1,ECP and oxidative stress in plasma were detected.Difference and relationship were analyzed between different groups and different types of AR patients.RESULTS The plasma PON1 activity and total antioxidant state(TAS) of the AR group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).ECP,eosinophils(Eos),and total immunoglobulin E(IgE),total oxidation state(TOS) and oxidative stress index(OSI) were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Plasma levels of PON1 and TAS in moderate to severe AR patients were significantly lower than those in mild AR patients(P<0.05),and ECP,IgE,TOS and OSI were higher than those in mild AR patients(P<0.05).The results of correlation analysis showed that plasma PON1,ECP,and IgE in AR patients showed low correlation with TOS,OSI,and TAS(P<0.05),while the correlation between EOS and oxidative stress indicators was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSION AR patients have low plasma PON1 levels and high ECP levels during the onset period,which are closely related to high oxidative stress and reflect the severity of the disease to a certain extent.
