摘要
探讨了双液淬火冷却工艺对9Cr2Mo钢辊皮表面组织、硬度的影响,得到了最佳双液淬火冷却工艺。结果表明,单液水冷淬火后表面组织为粗大的回火马氏体,水油双液淬火后回火马氏体晶粒明显细化,并且形成了少量的贝氏体和残留奥氏体。双液淬火处理后,辊皮外表面硬度分布为中部硬度高,边部硬度低,使辊皮的使用寿命得到了明显提高。Φ750 mm的9Cr2Mo钢辊皮水油双液淬火最佳冷却工艺为入水前炉外预冷时间300 s,水冷-油冷之间预冷时间控制在60~180 s。
Effect of water-oil dual liquid quenching process on microstructure and hardness of 9 Cr2 Mo roller were researched,and the optimum cooling process of dual liquid quenching was obtained.The results show that after single liquid quenching,the surface microstructure of the roller is coarse tempered martensite,while after water-oil dual liquid quenching,the tempered martensite is obviously refined,a small amount of bainite and retained austenite are formed,and the service life of the roller is significantly improved due to proper surface hardness distribution of the roller,which is high in the middle and low in the edge.The optimum cooling process of water-oil dual liquid quenching for 9 Cr2 Mo steel roller of Φ750 mm is as follows:the precooling time outside the furnace before water cooling is 300 s,and the interval precooling time between water cooling and oil cooling in dual liquid quenching is controlled at 60-180 s.
