摘要
目的初步评价灵泽片联合盐酸坦索罗辛治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效、安全性及有效性。方法选择2019年12月到2021年5月就诊于北京中医药大学东方医院、北京中医药大学第三附属医院的良性前列腺增生症患者,共320例。将患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组160例。试验组口服灵泽片和盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊,对照组仅口服盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊。疗程均为12周。以国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS)、生活质量评分(QOL)、中医证候积分为主要疗效评价指标;观察并比较两组治疗前后前列腺增生症患者的评分情况。结果共307例患者完成随访,治疗前后两组IPSS评分、QOL评分、膀胱残余尿量、最大尿流率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组评分降低更显著(P<0.05);与治疗前比,试验组及对照组中医证候积分均降低,有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗12周后,试验组总有效率为85.71%(132/154),对照组总有效率为73.21%(112/153)。结论灵泽片联合盐酸坦索罗辛胶囊治疗BPH有效,下尿路症状、生活质量、膀胱残余尿量、最大尿流率及中医证候积分得到改善,可以作为治疗BPH的一种选择。
Objective To preliminarily evaluate the clinical safety and effectiveness of Lingze tablets combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 320 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were admitted to the Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to May 2021 were enrolled in the study.The patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 160 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group took Lingze tablets and tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules orally,and the control group only took tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained-release capsules.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),Quality of Life Score(QOL),and TCM Syndrome Score were defined as the main efficacy evaluation indicators.The scores of the two groups before and after treatment were comparatively analyzed.Results A total of 307 patients completed the follow-up.The differences in IPSS score,QOL score,bladder residual urine volume,and maximum urine flow rate were statistically significant in two groups between before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the score of the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05);Compared with that before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in two groups were all reduced,with statistical differences(P<0.05);After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.71%(132/154),and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.21%(112/153).Conclusion Lingze tablet combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride is effective in the clinical treatment of BPH.Lower urinary tract symptoms,quality of life,bladder residual urine volume,maximum urinary flow rate and TCM syndrome score are improved,and it can be used as a choice for the treatment of BPH.
