评价时间对耐摩擦色牢度评级的影响及分析

摘要 通过人工评级和色差变化(ΔE)两种方法 ,以织物、皮革、地毯、塑料等八种材料为研究对象,研究了评价时间对耐摩擦色牢度评级的影响,并分析了样品和棉布颜色随时间变化的原因。人工评级表明,八种材料中沾色色牢度和褪色色牢度评级在15天内没有变化,30天内八种材料色牢度等级变化在半级以内。色差变化表明,ΔE值变化与人工评级变化一致。在15天内,可以对耐摩擦色牢度提前评价或者推后评价,不会造成评级结果的变化。 By Visual assessment and Chromatism change, the effect of assessment time on color fastness to rubbing of eight kinds of materials, for example fabric, leather, carpet and plastic, were investigated. The reasons for the color change of sample and cotton with time were analyzed. The results of Visual assessment show that color fastness for staining and color change of eight kinds of materials have no change after 15 days. There are not more than half of a grade for color fastness change of eight kinds of materials after 30 days. The results of Chromatism change show that ΔE change of eight kinds of materials are consistent with Visual assessment. Within 15 days, color fastness to rubbing have no change with evaluating color fastness in advance or evaluating color fastness later.
