摘要
目的探讨拉莫三嗪治疗中老年癫痫合并抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法68例中老年癫痫合并抑郁症患者,根据治疗方案不同分为常规组和研究组,各34例。常规组患者应用托吡酯治疗,研究组患者在常规组基础上加入拉莫三嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及治疗前后癫痫发病次数、抑郁评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于常规组的76.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3、6、12个月,研究组癫痫发病次数分别为(5.56±1.03)、(3.87±0.68)、(1.67±0.24)次,均少于常规组的(6.41±1.00)、(4.22±0.54)、(2.18±0.36)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组PHQ-9抑郁症筛查量表评分(13.02±0.88)分低于常规组的(16.16±1.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中老年癫痫合并抑郁症患者应用拉莫三嗪治疗,其效果显著,可有效改善临床症状及发病次数,值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of lamotrigine in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with epilepsy and depression.Methods A total of 68 middle-aged and elderly patients with epilepsy and depression were divided into conventional group and research group according to different treatment schemes,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the conventional group were treated with topiramate,and patients in the research group were treated with lamotrigine on the basis of the conventional group.The therapeutic effect,frequency of epilepsy and depression scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 94.12%,which was higher than 76.47% of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3,6,and 12 months of treatment,the frequency of epilepsy in the research group were(5.56±1.03),(3.87±0.68),and(1.67±0.24)times,which were all lower than(6.41±1.00),(4.22±0.54),and(2.18±0.36)times in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PHQ-9 depression screening scale score(13.02±0.88)points in the research group was lower than(16.16±1.05)points in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamotrigine is effective in the treatment of middle-aged and elderly patients with epilepsy and depression,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and frequency of epilepsy,which is worthy of promotion.
